A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the [Buy/Order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of Revocation If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the legal provisions. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation under Clause 4.1, you are responsible for the regular cost of returning the goods. You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without providing reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us [enter name of the entrepreneur, address, phone number, and email address] by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory, for this purpose. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or another clear statement on our website (insert internet address). If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of the receipt of such revocation.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of the exercise of the revocation right before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract reaches us, repay you all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or [insert name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods] promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the prices indicated, we charge a flat rate of ____ euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page. For cash on delivery payment, an additional fee of ____ euros will be charged by the deliverer on-site. No further taxes or costs will be incurred.
Delivery The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will inform you of any deviations in delivery times on the respective product page.
Payment Payment is made either in advance or by cash on delivery. When choosing the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Dispute Resolution The European Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a point of contact for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase contracts. We are ready to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board or are obliged to do so under ____ (indication of the legal norm or contractual agreement). The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body to settle the disputes mentioned.
