Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without providing reasons.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, FastestFastGlasses, Ostlandstraße 17, 71729 Erdmannhausen, Phone: 01729527292, shop@fastestfastglasses.com, by means of a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by mail, a fax, or an email, about your decision to revoke this contract. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send this notice regarding the exercise of the revocation right before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation is received at our law firm, refund you all payments we received from you.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you have requested that consultation or representation should begin during the revocation period, you shall pay us an amount corresponding to the value of the services provided up to the point in time, at which you inform us of the exercise of the revocation right regarding this contract.

Loss of the Right of Revocation

Your right of revocation expires before the end of the revocation period if we have commenced the execution of the services upon your express consent and the services have been fully provided before the end of the revocation period.

I am aware that I have to pay for services already provided in case of revocation and that I lose my right of revocation if the lawyers fulfill the contract completely.
